3 pounds swordfish, in 1 1/2 inch squares
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup grated onion
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup freshly ground pepper
Bay leaves
Lemon Slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour over fish. Chill, turning fish several times, at least 4 hours or overnight, to season. Thread fish, alternately with bay leaves and lemon slices onto 6 - 8 inch long skewers. Place on grill about 5 inches above hot coals. Grill, turning and brushing several times with marinade, 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
