½ cup walnuts
1 cup pecans (or all pecans)
½ sugar
¼ cup water
Orange rind — as much as you get from 1 orange

Line cookie sheet with waxed paper/foil/parchment paper

Boil water, sugar and orange rind until thick. Add nuts to coat.

Cool on trays
