1 Deep Dish Pie Crust
3T. Butter
2c. Diced Ham
1 small Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1T dried Parsley
1tsp. dried Marjoram
6 Lg. Eggs
1c. Heavy Whipping Cream
1.5c. Sharp Chedder, shredded
1c. Monteray Jack Cheese, shredded
2c. Broccoli Florets, chopped fine
1tsp. ground Mustard
Salt and Papper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and ham, cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in garlic, parsley and marjoram; cook 1 more minute and remove pan from heat. Beat eggs and whipping cream. Stir in both cheeses, broccoli, mustard, aslt & pepper. Add onion, ham and spices. Pour into pie crust.

Bake at 350 fro 40-45 minutes or until knife in cemter comes out clean. Rest 10 minutes.
