Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Lb. Chuck roast (thinly sliced)
1 Medium Large Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1 stick (8 Tbsp.) Butter
Tim’s BBQ seasoning (to taste)
Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning or other Cajun or creole seasoning. You can also use Lowry’s Seasoning salt (to taste)
Dried Parsley flakes (to taste)
2 packages of Bake-N-Serve dinner rolls, Hawaiian slider rolls or any other dinner rolls that are still attached together
About 8-12 slices of provolone or any other cheese you wish to use (Provolone or Cheez Whiz are typical)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350° F
Chop onion and bell pepper into Philly sized pieces (about ¼ inch wide by 1 inch long)
In a lightly oiled large skillet, cook onions with a little Tim’s BBQ seasoning for about 2 minutes, add bell pepper and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Add the beef and season with Tim’s BBQ seasoning and Slap Ya Mama seasoning to taste. Cook over medium high heat stirring often to let the flavors develop until the meat is browned. Remove the filling from the pan and add 1 stick of butter sliced, stirring to ensure as much of the flavor left in the pan is infused in the butter as possible. Add Tim’s BBQ seasoning and parsley flakes to the butter to taste.
Slice the dinner rolls to split the top from the bottom. Place each bottom layer of rolls into a 9 x13 inch pan and coat the top of the bottom half of the rolls with some of the butter mixture. Add your favorite cheese (Provolone or Cheez Whiz are traditional) in a thin layer. Then add the meat filling in an even layer. Add another layer of cheese on top of the filling. Spread more of the butter mixture onto the bottom of the top layer of dinner rolls and then put the top layer in place. Brush more of the butter mixture on top of the dinner rolls. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Through the cooking process the dinner rolls will brown. If you are using fully cooked dinner rolls, the tops will become crustier during cooking. To help keep them soft you may cover the dish with aluminum foil while cooking. Remove from the oven and brush more butter mixture on top of the sliders.

Personal Notes:
You may also add sliced mushrooms to this dish. If you do, add them with the meat and cook until the meat is browned. I change the butter mixture between buttering the inside of the bread and buttering the top. For the top of the bread I will add a little more salt, garlic powder and parsley to make it almost like the butter mixture that Red Lobster brushes on their Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
