4 eggs beaten
1 c. powdered sugar
c. lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. Acini De Pepe


Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, powdered sugar and lemon juice in small sauce pan and mix well. Cook over medium heat until thick. Set aside. Cook pasta per pkg instructions and cool. Combine dressing, pasta and pineapples. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Cool for several hours before serving.

This dish is time consuming but the end product is awesome and keeps well in the refrigerator.
