1 box Ritz crackers
Peanut butter
1 - 2 # Kroger Bark chocolate (found in the baking aisle)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter on Ritz crackers and form sandwiches. Continue this process until box is empty.

n double boiler, melt 1 # of chocolate, being careful not to get any water in the chocolate.

Once chocolate is melted, dip cracker sandwiches in chocolate and place on aluminum foil to dry. (I use salad tongs to do the dipping). Add additional chocolate as needed.
