1 pkg. Crescent Rolls
4 large apples, peeled and quartered
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap 1 flattened, stretched crescent roll around one piece of quartered apple. Place each wrapped apple crescent into a buttered 9" x 13" baking dish. Dice the remaining apple quarters into small pieces and spread around the dumplings. Put butter, orange juice, sugar, and cinnamon into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla, and pour over apples, coating each dumpling. Bake at 350ºF until golden brown, spooning sauce over dumplings a couple of times while baking.
