3/4 c. Shortening
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 c. Molasses
2 1/4 c. All-purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar, egg and molasses. Whisk together the dry ingredients. Mix with wet ingredients. Roll into 1" balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350º for 8-9 minutes.
