2# ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
6 c. lettuce (shredded)
3 medium tomatoes (chopped)
½ c. green onions (chopped with tops)
½ c. pitted ripe olives (sliced)
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkgs. tortilla chips or Doritos
2 cucumbers (diced)
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in skillet until brown. Mix in taco seasoning, drain.

In large bowl mix lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, cheese and cucumbers.

Crush chips in bag and pour into bowl.

Pour dressing in salad and mix. Serve immediately.

It is best to leave the chips and dressing out until you are ready to serve, then mix in.
