2 - 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
1 ½ c. pecans, crushed
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine in large mixing bowl, cream cheese, pineapple, onion and ¾ c. of pecans.

Mix together and form into ball and place in bowl.

Top with remaining pecans and chill.

Serve with crackers.

May use 3 - 8 oz. cream cheese for larger cheese ball.
