1 box large shells
1 large container of ricotta cheese
1/4 cup minced onion
3/4 cup Romano graded cheese
1 8 oz. pk graded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 T. Italian seasoning

Cook shells
Mix the rest of ingredients
Spoon mixture into each shell and place in casserole dish
Cover with sauce and bake 350 for 30 minutes
Cover with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Romano cheese
Bake until cheese is melted
