Mix in large bowl:
1 bag frozen diced potatoes
1 bag cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sour cream (16 oz)
1 onion chopped
¾ sick of butter melted
Pinch of Salt & pepper

Mix in a small bowl:
2 cups of cornflakesc
½ stick melted butter

Spray an oven safe 9x13 pan and pour the mixture from the large bowl into the pan. Top off with the mixture from the small bowl. Place in the oven at 350 for 1 hr.
