Ingredients:  
Melt 1 cube butter in 2 cups boiling water
Remove from heat and add 3/4 cup instant potato flakes
and 1 teaspoon salt
let cool

Warm 1 quart of milk

In large Tupperware bowl mix:
1 1/4 cups sugar
4 Tablespoons yeast dissolved in water

Add milk and potato mixture
add 10 cups or more of flour to make a soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Make a soft dough, slightly sticky, and let it rise 3 times. Roll out, cut with biscuit cutter and smaller circle to make donut holes. Let rise again and fry in canola oil at 375º till light brown. Then roll in powdered sugar.
