8 cups apple slices, peeled
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecans chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients in untreated casserole. Combine together remaining 6 ingredients. Sprinkle crumb mixture over top of apples. bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
