Melt 1 cube of butter in 2 cups of warm milk
Dissolve 2 Tablespoons yeast in 1 cup warm water

In large Tupperware bowl mix:
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar

Add the milk and yeast mixtures

Add 6-8 cups flour or enough for soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, not as stiff as bread. Let rise till double, roll out and divide dough into 3 sections. Roll out on table about 3/4" thick and spread with soft butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up into a log and cut into 1" slices. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes till lightly brown on top.

Frost with icing using lemon or almond extract
