2 cups raw chopped cranberries (I chop them in a blender)
1 cup sugar

1 large box of lemon jello
1 1/4 cup hot water

1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the chopped cranberries and sugar together, let set for 1 1/2 hours.

Mix together until dissolved:
1 large box lemon jello and 1 1/4 cup hot water.

Mix the cranberries and the jello together, then add:

1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup crushed pineapple

Blend well together, then refrigerate until firmly set.

This is a festive jello salad which I always make for my Thanksgiving and Christmas day dinners. People at my table either really like it.......or they don't! My dad, Duane Bretvick, LOVES this salad, and I must admit, I make it especially for him!!
