1 - 1 21 inch thick Top Round (about 3 pounds)

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons ginger (ground)
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients and place in a plastic bag or marinade dish with the meat. Refrigerate 2 -6 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove from bag and pat dry. Broil or grill 25 to 30 minutes, turning once. Let stand 5 minutes, then slice and serve immediately.
