Mix together:
2 1/2 cups hot tap water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt

Add:
2 Tablespoons Saf-instant yeast
1/4 cup oil
5-6 cups flour or as much as needed to make a soft dough

Place into a greased bowl and let rise till double two times. Divide into three parts. Mold into french loaves. Place cornmeal on the bottom of a cookie sheet and then place loaves on top. Make diagonal slices along the top of the loaves. Rise about 20 minutes more and bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
