2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Paprika
tsp. Italian Seasoning
tsp. Salt
tsp. Pepper
4 Boneless Chops
2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375

Line baking sheet with foil.

Mix dry rub ingredients together.

Brush both sides of chops with olive oil and cover with dry ingredients.

Bake 20-25 minutes or 140-145.

Remove and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
