3-4 pounds of Beef ribs

Sauce:
1 medium onion, minced
1 cup of tomato soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cloves (ground)
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon A-1 steak sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons brown sugar
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ribs at 400º for 35 to 45 minutes. (May do on grill) Drain off fat.

Prepare Sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes or until flavors are mixed. .
Cover ribs with sauce. Bake 2-3 hours at 300. Baste with sauce.
