½ Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Large Eggs
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 ¾ Cup Flour
1 ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Pickle Juice
½ Cup Chopped Pickles
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp. Chopped Dill

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Line loaf pan with parchment paper.

Large Bowl: Whisk sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar until smooth.

Add flour, baking powder, salt and pickle juice.

Fold in chopped pickles, cheddar cheese, and dill.

Pour into loaf pan.

Bake 40 minutes.
