Zucchini Bread Recipe

3 Cups Flour
tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
tsp. Cinnamon
tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3 Eggs
2 Cups White Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Grated Zucchini
1 Cup Pecans (Optional)
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350
Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, spices, and baking soda.

In large bowl beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar and continue blending.
Stir in oil, vanilla, zucchini, pecans, and chocolate chips.
Stir in sifted ingredients.
Pour into prepared loaf pans.

Bake 50 minutes.
