1/2 c. Pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
1 6 oz. Graham Cracker Crust
17 individual caramels, unwrapped
1/4 c. Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. Heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle toasted pecans on graham cracker crust. Put caramels and milk in bowl and microwave, stirring every 10 seconds, until melted and smooth. Pour over pecans. Heat chocolate chips, cream and butter in a bowl in the microwave (like above), until smooth. Pour over caramel layer. Refrigerate about 4 hours until set. Pipe or spoon whipped cream around edge of pie.
