1- cup Bisquick or (1 cup all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or melted unsalted butter, shortening)
1/2- cup light cream mix all ingredients well)

1- lb. ground beef
2 med sweet onions sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2- cup of beef bouillon or beef broth
2- tbsp. Bisquick
2- eggs
1- cup small curd cottage cheese
paprika for flavor
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Optional)

Heat oven to 375º
Mix well Bisquick, cream, knead 10 times on board lightly dusted with Bisquick. Roll dough into a circle to fit into a 9" pie pan. Ease into pan and fork the edges.
Saute beef,onions until brown. Add seasoning, bisquick and spread over dough in pie pan.Beat eggs and blend cottage cheese. Pour over meat mixture and sprinkle with paprika and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve as wedges.
