1 Yellow cake mix
½ Cup Butter, melted and cooled
3 Eggs
1 16 oz can of Pumpkin
⅔ Cup Evaporated Milk
½ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Topping
2 Tblsp Granulated Sugar
2 Tblsp Butter softened
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice
Whipped Cream or Cool Whip

1. In large bowl combine cake mix, ½ cup melted butter and one of the eggs beating until combined. Reserve 1 cup of mixture.
2. Spread remaining mixture in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan pressing to form an even crust.
3. In a medium bowl beat together remaining eggs, pumpkin, evaporated milk, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour mixture over prepared crust.
4. Combine reserved 1 cup cake mixture, granulated sugar, two Tblsp softened butter and cinnamon. Dot evenly over pumpkin filling.
5. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares. Serve topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
