Ingredients:  
Bacon diced and fried
Zucchini (sliced)
Yellow squash (sliced)
Shredded cheese
Tomatoes (fresh or canned diced)
salt
pepper
garlic
Italian spices can be used also

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon in large skillet.
When crisp add zucchini, squash, tomatoes and spices
Simmer until vegetables are softened
Add cheese, cover and simmer until cheeses are melted.
Serve

We used to go to Rodger's Aunt Glo and U Warren Brunner's cottage almost every weekend. I remember U Warren's mother making this dish so frequently! Although there was no specific recipe I would watch and over the years have made the recipe in many different ways , It is a recipe you can make to your specific tastes
