Marinated artichokes
Grape tomatoes
Small mozzarella balls (sometimes called Pearls)
Kalamata olives
Italian flat-leaf parsley
Extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher or sea salt

Directions:

Assemble artichokes, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, and parsley onto picks. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
