Ingredients:  
3 lbs red potatoes
4 slices bacon cooked or crumbled
4 green onions sliced
¾ cup chopped celery
¼ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup sour cream
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1tbs dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbs fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
boil potatoes till fork tender, let cool
in small bowl mix mayo, sour cream, dijon mustard, apple cider, vinegar, garlic powder, parsley, celery, add salt and pepper to taste
once potatoes are cooled stir together with mayo mixture, add bacon, blue cheese, and green onions
chill untill ready to serve
