1/2 c. Crisco™ solid shortening
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
3 over ripe bananas
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. black walnut flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Using a stand or hand mixer, cream shortening, sugar, and eggs in a mixing bowel. Add bananas and mix. Add flour and mix well. Add flavorings and give one final mix. Pour batter into a loaf pan greased with baking spray. Bake for 1 hour. Insert a butter knife in the center to see if bread is done. If the knife doesn't come out clean, bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
