3½ cups sugar
½ cup cornstarch
¾ tsp salt
3 cups boiling water
¼ cup butter
¾ tbsp vanilla
¼ cup dry milk
Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine dry ingredients, gradually add water, stirring constantly

2) Continue stirring mixture and cook until slightly thick and clear.

3) Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla.

Serve over favorite ice cream or dessert
