1 1/4 c. of sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan whisk sugar, cocoa, and flour to combine. Slowly pour milk and whisk. On medium heat, whisk constantly until mixture comes to a boil. The gravy will begin to thicken. When the gravy has thickened, remove from heat and whisk in butter and vanilla. Serve gravy over hot homemade buttermilk biscuits.
