Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Recipe

2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3 Ripe Bananas (Mashed)
1 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. cinnamon or vanilla
cup Butter (Softened)
cup White Sugar
cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven 325

Grease 9x5 glass loaf pan or 24 muffin cups

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in bowl.

Stir bananas, milk, and vanilla in another bowl.

Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Add eggs to butter mixture and beat.

Stir in banana mixture.

Stir in dry mix until blended.

Fold in chocolate chips

Pour into pan

Bake 60-70 minutes (pan)

Muffins: 25 minutes

Let cool in pan 10 minutes before removing
