"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

It is the technique i am trying to convey

Elbow macaroni cooked according to package directions

1-2 cans of tuna drained (reserve a little of the juice)
you can also use canned baby shrimp instead of tuna

Onions (diced)
green pepper (diced)
black or green olives (diced)
also can add diced zucchini & yellow squash if you desire
salt
pepper
Tomatoes (diced for in the salad, and sliced for on top)

Directions:
Directions:
combine all ingredients and mix with dressing below.

Dressing:
Mayonnaise (I use Kraft Real Mayo)
salt,
pepper
Dash of prepared mustard I use Weber's horseradish
A "LITTLE" of the reserved tuna or shrimp juice (don't' make it soupy)

Mix in to the salad and top with sliced tomatoes.
I found that if this is made the day before and chilled overnight, it is best.
