1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 T. cornstarch
¼ t. salt
1 - 8 ½ oz. can crushed pineapple (with syrup)
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in crushed pineapple with syrup, lemon juice and prepared mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for one minute.

Pour sauce over ham and bake at 350º for 1 hour.

When serving ham, you may pour sauce from ham into a small saucepan and add cornstarch to thicken for gravy.
