5 sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
2 eggs
¾ cup brown sugar

Topping:
2 cups (Big bag of pecans)
¾ stick butter
¾ cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter sweet potatoes; add to boiling water for 25 minutes. Drain and transer to big mixing bowl. Mash potatoes with a potato masher and then add the stick of butter and ix it into the hot mixure so it mels in. Add the eggs and sugar and combinewell.

Pour into a round or oval baking dish (not too deep)

Bake in preheated 400º oven for 20 to 25 minutes to set the base.

Make topping - Chop pecans into small pieces (not ground). Melt the butter and add to the pecans in a bowl. Add the brown sugar and stir together. Pour the topping over the pie and spread to cover the entire top.

Bake for another 10 minutes to brown the top.
