Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust:

3 cups graham crackers (42 squares)
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup melted butter

In a bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press mixture in bottom and up sides of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

Topping:

1 box Danish Dessert - Strawberry
Follow directions for pudding. Allow Danish Dessert to cool, then add as many huckleberries as you think you can spare! I usually add at least 1 cup, sometimes more.

Spread mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust. Allow to finish cooling completely. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Huckleberries have always been a way of life for the Fullmer and Stevens families. They are heavenly in jam, treasured in pancakes, and delightful in Grandma's dessert!
