1 Bottle of Worchester Sauce (Lea & Perins)
1 Bottle of Moore's Marinade (Original)
½ to ¾ Bottle Liquid Smoke (Large)
Tony's to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Onion Powder to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Add meat and let soak overnight. Before putting meat in dehydrator, put a strainer in a large bowl and put meat in to let excess liquid drain off.
Dehydrate until meat has little to no softness left when pressed.
