1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. dried dill weed
2 T. dried parsley
1 onion, chopped (optional, I don't add)
2 (2 oz.) pkgs. dried beef, chopped
Plain bagels, cut into bite size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, onion and dried beef. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened and chilled. Serve with plain bagels cut into bite size pieces.

This is my friend Diedre's dip. We call it "crack" bagel dip because it's deliciously addictive.
