4 bone-in, center cut pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of hot water
uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Take uncooked rice and pour in the gaps between the pork chops and on sides that meat doesn't touch the baking dish. Mix both cans of soup and can of hot water together and blend well. Pour soup over chops and rice. Cover and bake 350º for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes until chops are tender and juices run clear.

This is a good one pan recipe for dinner. I take a fork and swirl the soup and rice together so that the rice cooks completely in the soup. ~Steph
