1/2 cup orange marmalade
roasted garlic
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. butter

Directions:
Heat 1/2 cup orange marmalade, roasted garlic and 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp. butter till bubbling and reduced by half. Reserve as drizzle on pork road and roasted vegetables.
