1 lb. ground beef (browned, drained and cooled)
1 head of iceberg lettuce (shredded)
1 8 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz. bag shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 bag Doritos
1 bottle of Catalina dressing (Fat Free works fine)
Chopped red onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, shredded lettuce, cheeses and bag of crushed Doritos; add dressing and mix well. Serve cold. Best when fresh and crunchy!

This is a great side dish or appetizer at a BBQ.
