1 8oz pkg elbow macaroni
3lbs hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can English peas, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheese, any yellow or yellow/white mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion and bell pepper, adding salt and pepper to taste while cooking; drain fat. Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. In a very large bowl, mix hamburger, pasta, tomatoes, peas, and corn. In a separate bowl, mix soups and blend. Pour soup over mixture and stir well. Add cheese and mix well. Cover top with cheese in baking dish. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350º. Serve with cornbread or other bread or roll.

This makes a very large amount. You can put in 2-3 casserole dishes. You can also freeze mix for later.
