Pie Crust:
1 cup flour
⅓ cup lard (cold)
1 tsp. salt
2 - 3 T. cold water

Filling:
6 Strips Bacon
1 cup cheese (grated or cut in little pieces - any kind)
4 eggs
½ cup milk


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all pie crust ingredients in a ball, roll flat and fit into pie plate.

Grill bacon. Place it on the uncooked pastry - lined pie plate. Sprinkle on all cheese.

Mix together eggs and milk and pour it over the bacon.

Place pie in a preheated 375º oven for ½ hour.
