1-2 packages of Thin sliced chicken breasts
Tomato sauce (homemade or jar)
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 cup of bread crumbs
Olive oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Dip each chicken cutlet in egg and then breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil. Once cooked, remove from pan and place in a baking dish. Cover all cooked chicken cutlets with tomato sauce and a handful of mozzarella cheese to cover the piece of chicken.

Bake and 350 until cheese is melted.

Serve with pasta or veggies.
