6 eggs
12 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. sugar
14-16 croissants

Orange Syrup Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. corn starch
1 c. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheets with parchment paper and coat with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix eggs, evaporated milk, orange juice and sugar. Coat croissants with the mixture and spread in a single layer on the parchment paper. Freeze at least one hour or overnight.

Remove from freezer and bake at 450° for 5 minutes on each side.

For the syrup, mix ingredients in a small sauce pan, and bring to a slow boil until clear.

Note—You also can make this like regular French toast. Just dip the croissants in the mixture and grill them on a griddle. If you are going to cook them in the oven but don’t want to freeze them then cook for a total of 18 minutes flipping them every 5 minutes and watch those last 3 minutes closely to be sure the egg doesn’t burn.
