2 pounds of ground beef or ground turkey
cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons of yellow mustard
2 tablespoons of brown sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Using a pan sprayed with Pam, cook the meat. Drain any liquid in the pan.

Add all remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

Serve in hamburger rolls.
