Roaster pan or large crock pot
Cooking spray
Pork loin/pork butt
2c Apple cider vinegar
Brown sugar,
Honey mustard,
Spicy brown mustard
2 c Chicken broth + water as needed
Liquid smoke (hickory and mesquite)
Garlic, onion powder and greek seasoning
Sweet baby ray's honey bbq

Directions:
Directions:
This base can be used for pulled pork and mom's bbq ribs (beef or pork).
Spray roaster or crockpot with cooking spray,
Add meat to roaster or crock pot, add vinegar and chicken broth, coat top of meat with mustard then season top of meat with garlic, onion powder and greek seasoning, top with dark brown sugar, cook at 325 or low 6-8 hrs or 350 or high for 4-6 hrs.
Drain roaster pan /crock pot reserve 2c broth and set aside to add moisture to pulled pork as needed, add sweet baby ray's to your taste.
For pulled pork shred and add bbq sauce and broth as needed to add moisture. Serve with nice hard rolls.

This is a crowd pleaser!
For ribs place ribs on lined and coated with cooking spray baking sheet add bbq sauce coating for 10-15 min to bake on. Serve with Extra sauce on side.
