Ingredients:
3½ C warm water
¾ C sugar
½ C melted butter
4½ Tbs Saf yeast

Let sit in mixer about 15 minutes then add:

1 Tbs salt
3 lg eggs
10½ C flour

Let knead for recommended time in your mixer. Let sit for 10 minutes or until dough expands to fill bowl. Pull out dough onto greased countertop or mat. Cut into 2 pieces. Press out each piece with hands into a rectangle long enough to make 12 rolls each. Spread each with ¼ C melted butter and 1 cup cinnamon sugar mixture (I use 1 C sugar to 2 tsp cinnamon). Roll up and cut each piece into 12 rolls. Place on greased cookie sheet or parchment. Let rise until double in size about 30-40 minutes. Bake at 375º 12-15 minutes. Let cool slightly then frost.
