1 container of mushrooms, whole with stems
2 tablespoons of butter
½ cup of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry mushrooms thoroughly.

Remove stems and chop either by hand or in a food processor until fine.

Place butter in a saucepan. When melted add the finely chopped stems and parmesan and stir. Add breadcrumbs until it creates a paste. If you need to add more butter add 1 tablespoon as a time.

Place the mushroom buttons, hole side up on a baking sheet and fill the holes with the breadcrumb mixture.

Bake until mushrooms are cooked through--brown.
