Ingredients: 1 lb. Chopped Carrots 2 Stalks of Celery 1 Medium Onion 2 Cans of Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup 2 c. Water 32 oz. Chicken Broth 2 oz. or 2 packages of Ranch Dry Seasoning 1 lb. Chicken Breast 12 oz. Egg Noodles any size 6 oz. Bacon, Fried Crispy Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:Chop celery, carrots and onion into a medium dice. In a Crockpot add the condensed soup, Chicken Broth, Water, Ranch Seasoning and Chopped Vegetables. Stir to combine the soup and Ranch Seasoning. Submerge Chicken into Crockpot and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. After 3 to 4 hours check Chicken to ensure it is cooked through. If so remove Chicken and shred. Add the Chicken back in with Egg Noodles. Cook for an additional 20 to 30 min. While noodles are cooking fry bacon to desired crispiness and crumble into bowl. |
